I believe Coleman is a good person.

The problem is lack of english football knowledge. You cannot learn the history of the club/division overnight. Or build contacts in a short period of time.

Was is the life expectancy of a Championship manager 10-12 months?
18 of the 24 clubs will change their manager this season?

I like Luke. He has potential but he needs help. He can't be getting any help with the current set up as they all lack football experience.

Thanks to Keith and the team for all the updates during this window.
It all feels a bit underwhelming. Lets hope I am wrong and we win well at West Brom tomorrow.

Maybe the club and trust can put another fans forum on during the international break so Williams, Coleman, and Watson can give some insight on some of the challenges over the last few months.

I just hope we don't panic.
And I expect any new signing cannot play tomorrow vs WBA - and we would probably need them.
I remember we signed quite a few players in the last week of August - all of whom couldn't play against Bristol City and we lost.

Summer 2023 was the most chaotic and non-strategic transfer in the clubs history.

Somehow we have outdone ourselves and Summer 2024 maybe even worse. Quite an achievement even by our standards.

As someone said to me last night as we were walking out of the stadium. "We need football people running the club".

He will be playing in Prem 2 for Forest.

Our entire recruitment process needs a full review on September 1st and we badly need some experience injected into the off the field departments. Surely Ken Gude must realise this?
