Can I breathe yet?

Edge of the seat stuff but luck was with us.

Thought fan 'favourites' Bednarek and Walcott both played really well. Credit to Charly for his aggressive play and a well taken goal.

We could've shipped a hatful on another day but, we played as a team and ground out a result. Fair play to AM-N , Bednarek and Theo who often let the side down but, all put in a shift. Thought JWP had a below par game (never mind the penalty) and Bazunu's kick straight to the Leicester attacker should not be seen in this league - showed his inexperience and nerves. Alcaraz will have learned to mute his celebrations after scoring. Glad to see Vardy snuffed out.

Agree totally, Saints never an easy watch, but dug in & scrapped their way to a much needed win. As a big critic of Theo & Bednarek thought both had their best game for a long time. But please someone tell me what Eli gives to the team, apart from being slow, doesn't close down tight enough & gives the ball away more often than not. I notice I couldn't rate his non performance tonight.

Can the mindless idiots who boo players even before a ball is kicked please stop now, it does nobody any good. Why can't we simply get behind the players out there wearing red and white? We have had tough times before, and i'm sure we will again, this never used to happen.
Hard fought victory today, so well done to ALL the players, here's hoping for more victories to see us over the line.

We had the breaks for once and a well worked and taken goal.
JWP off his game . Good to see Che Adams back.
Does Bazunu have the nerves or experience for a challenging run in? Wise old heads may be needed.
Tough test next week but we have half a dozen teams to keep us company but now we are hopefully on our way. COYR's.

A hard fought and somewhat fortunate win. When Bazunu missed that cross in injury time it just needed heading in to an empty net but instead the header hit the bar. Still we've frequently been on the end of bad luck this season so for once it went our way. Defence was generally good though too many free headers given away. Overall Leicester looked the slicker side but achieved no shots on goal. The VAR wait to confirm the goal was agony. In the end a precious three points.

Thought it was an even match, with Leicester having the better chsnces. Fortunately, they fluffed their shots in a similar way to us earlier in the season.

I think Selles can count himself lucky. I felt that every sub that he made, acted to give more impetus to Leicester. No idea why Che or Theo were subbed when they were still being so key and involved in the action. Especially when we saw Armstrong manage to kick off into space, not under pressure from the penalty spot.

Moi was terrible, worked hard to not be involved. Any touch he had seemed to end up with the opposition. An he almost gifted the goal at the end by not getting anywhere near to cutting out the cross.

Selles needs to stop giving failed players more chsnces, show some balls and clear out the bench. Give a few youngsters a chance. They could on no way do any worse than the time wasted playing a raft of sub standard professionals

I'll give the win to the fans tonight. The way that they got behind the team after the missed pen carried the players and gave them the energy to set the game out

A win is win so lets not over-analyse a pretty average performance. Only comment was that the substitutions were all wrong. Adam A and Mara were awful against Grimsby and as bad tonight. Mo was simply dreadful. Selles has to be ruthless and drop them entirely. Also I have generally been supportive of Bazunu this season but he just does not command his box. Again Selles has to make the call.

I have to agree with Avior, re Mara and A.Armstrong. They were useless on Tuesday and no better today. Jo Tessem commented that Arstrong seems to just 'run around but not do anything'. They are among several players that need to be moved to the Reserves and told to prove their worth at this level. Currently they are going through the motions and surely Selles can see it, as the fans certainly can!!

Great effort, but Iheanacho should have scored a hat trick and then we would all be accepting relegation, instead of clinging on to a thread of hope!

Should probably give the poor kid in goal a break - it seems mean to keep playing him.

The first 3 subs made us so much worse, surely Tall Paul, Djennepo, Stuey and Edozie are better options?

Shout out to ANM who finally looks like he cares and to Theo for rolling back the years for an hour!
