Here's the reason, I'm thinking about booking a flight to seed 3 (if a desirable location) right before Thanksgiving then staying for next week in Swansea catch ManC (away) (wonder if I can join a bus trip and leave My wife in Swansea!), Newcastle @ Swansea and Hull @ Swansea.

Did some research on flights and logistics. My preference purely based on flight cost, flight efficiency (non-stop), interesting locale in this order:
Eintracht Frankfurt - easy-in/out, non-stop flights.
Estoril (Lisbon) - inexpensive, only 1 connection, temperate climate
SK Rapid Wien (Vienna) - non-stop flights, interesting city,
Paços de Ferreira (Porto) - temperate climate, expensive connections
Vitória SC (Porto) - temperate climate, expensive connections
Legia Warszawa - could be interesting, pretty cheap flight.
IF Elfsborg (via Gothesburg) - 1 hour drive, cheapish flight; connecting through LHR, cold
