It's ridiculous changing a letter in a name enables you to register a new account with companies house.
Also considering we have a new guvnor in the Home Office I wonder if they would be interested in the dossier compiled by The UTDNFS crew on the major and minor players involved in and connected to MH. | |

James the Home Office and the police aren't really interested in corporate fraud or inappropriate corporate dealings. I was a volunteer director of a community interest company (not for profit) that helped vulnerable people with housing. We found that the CEO had done some things with funds that were to benefit him financially, tantamount to theft and fraud. It included public money too. He was dismissed and we got the police involved. That was in 2021/early 2022 and the police have still not managed to pull the case together and prove to the CPS that there is a case to answer.
What's worse, the ex CEO is doing it all again at another charity and the Trustees are pulling their hair out. I'm afraid the system is broken and small crimes and inappropriate behaviour is left unpunished. In football it seems to be rife despite the fit and proper process. | | | |
