I'll tick my neck out here and suggest we are stuck with him. We can't affird to sack him, apparently but according to ever right Doctor P, his stock is high which seems weird to me. I don't see that many clubs serious about Steve. Make no mistake, this chap will now damage us. Somehow ,we need to grow a pair and have him leave by mutual greement-ie,you're really shyte and so are we. [Post edited 29 Jun 2021 12:42]

Not sure what you mean by not too many clubs were serious? Both clubs in or around the Premier League that had a managerial appointment to make were clearly seriously interested. As usual, anyone is welcome to say what they want about Cooper, but this constant reframing of the truth in order to undermine is something I just find so bizarre. It really is a pantomime on here at the moment with everyone playing their own parts. If someone doesn't like him, great. But be honest with your commentary, this obsession to bend the truth is just so strange.

Big clubs get their number one targets Richie. If Fulham want Cooper they get him, I still think they will and it will be announced tomorrow.

Yet more nonsense. That is a statement you have simply plucked from thin air, that is factually not true on any level. But since when has that stopped you This false panto is hilarious at the moment. He's behind you!!

Fulham aren't a big club ,per se. They have money as they have owners who give a shyte. I literally have just taken a bottle of Bollinger out of the fridge. Do I put it back on. If you lived here ,you could pop around and share the bottle with me . It's great here. Off for a swim this afternoon.Ok it,aint Fall Bay but it's wet and salty.-so to speak

Well said sir. Football is about different opinions and i believe Cooper has done an unbelievable job with the players and team he has. Now if you ask me has it been pleasing on the eye i would have to say it has been a challenge at times, but i bet Didier wishes that France had more of a team ethic last night. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Fulham would be close to, if not in the top 5 biggest clubs in the Championship. A league which contains former European Cup winners and Premier League winners, and also bigger than a few in the Premier League, favorites for the title and an incredibly attractive proposition. Fulham are NOT a big club per se nor ever have been.Lot of sentiment to the Cottagers though as London's only friendly club with nice fans.

Depends what and who you are comparing them to I suppose. Bigger than Man Utd? No. Bigger than Premier League Brighton? Yes. Bigger than Premier League Brentford? Yes. Bigger than us? Yes Bigger than the vast majority of the Championship? Yes. When you combine that with the fact they are favourites for the title and have far more immediate potential than an awful lot around them, a position managing them is very attractive indeed.

Fulham are not a fraction of the size of Sunderland playing a league below.as is the case with fellow L1 club Sheff Weds.

We all use the "they are a big club" but there is no set criteria. I think ive said this on here before but if Fulham or Finchley offer a substantial package to current modern day managers most of them would be gone in a shot. I dont think they are any different to the players, before you all have a go at me there are the odd exceptions but i cant be arsed to think of one.

OHL what really gave me the hump and sums everything up is when Vorm a decent player but overated by our fans in my opinion was willing to leave for the bench and not play FFS.

Nixon is saying that its between cooper and wilder for Fulham, they want cooper more but all depending on whether they get the check book out wilder is the cheap option, guess its down to whether we will negotiate the fee. Lets hope they do!

This tweet? He's just saying who he thinks it will be isn't he? Fulham's DOF, who is the owner's son seems to cause big problems. As one of the replies say to that tweet, I honestly don't see Wilder putting up with that, and in fairness to him, I don't think Cooper is a yes man either as we have saw with him here when Peterson was sold.
patrick vieira to palace on 14:34 - Jun 29 with 3618 views | ReslovenSwan1 | I would imaginfe Wilder wants guarentee of big ticket transfers. Cooper will do what he did at Swansea and be "imaginative" and bring in polished elite young players. If Coopers stays it could get ugly and have a bad effect on the young players. He will have to be professional and try to produce a better playing style and still win. Swansea got improved home form in his second season. There are plaenty of managers in the Premier league "biding time for a bigger club". Esprito Santo for one, Rafa another at Newcastle. Its all about results.
