Rory Donnelly on 08:20 - Mar 22 by Neath_Jack | You're talking shit. First up, how do you know how it got on the net? He may well have sent it privately to a bird and she has put it out there. How many years did the Cimla gusher get for her numerous sexual offences? Life imprisonment? After all she put loads of videos and stills on the net. And that is just one example of the millions of other people who have done the same. Rory's photo is the only nude photo out there that kids can see, right? What a stupid f*cking question. A few problems with this. - since when do ' birds' have access to the Internet? That aside, if you take selfies of your self with your chap hanging out and furnish said selfie to others ( as a professional footballer or indeed as anyone ) you should expect that it could surface on the Internet, as is the way these days. You should also expect that access to your now 'sent' photograph could well be by any person having access to the phone or tablet etc ... that you sent it to, or indeed the media used to view it. And by any person of any age. If you don't see that, then there is something quite wrong with you. Regardless of professional obligation, the brand you represent, the way you behave this in itself is worth considering. The fact he is a Swansea player doesn't mean that you have to defend him, because not to do so is in some warped way a lack of loyalty to the club, you have been guilty of this before. It's a Skewed and flawed way of supporting your club. I won't insult you like you insulted me, we could have a decent discussion on the player, what made him do this and indeed why he thinks his overall behaviour is acceptable. I include in this driving in to the Liberty on matchday at 70 mph where kids are with families going for a day out, being sent home from Coventry for appalling behaviour or indeed photographing his cock and sending it to people because its as large as the Eiffel tower. Either way, he should now have his contract terminated and be told this is the last in a long run of behaviours that is unacceptable as a Swansea City player. That is what you should be thinking, not slagging me off and defending him because he is ..... A Swansea City player. The guys an embarrassment, plain and simple.

I would ask the question how old she is ? How was it sent ? And indeed is it her that breaks a law because she put it on the net ? Maybe the coppers on here could help ? Either way he remains a 'knob'

Driving 70mph, fully agree unnacceptable. The guy has taken a picture for Pete's sake. So is Scarlett Johanssen and every other celeb who has had photos leaked in the wrong? It is his private life, and whilst he has not broken any laws, who are you to judge him on that? The person who is immoral is the one who has leaked them.

Section 33 Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 (1) It is an offence for a person to disclose a private sexual photograph or film if the disclosure is made– (a)without the consent of an individual who appears in the photograph or film, and (b)with the intention of causing that individual distress. So if (and we don't know the circumstances) the scenario is that a disgruntled ex has posted the picture online with the intention of causing Donnelly distress that law has almost certainly been broken.

It depends on the criteria I said Im sure,if she is 15 it is obviously an offence. I had a quick look on then netand its all about what what is 'sexual' and this clearly is. As I said maybe the law can help ? ( except Perchie of course he left the old bill when they had lanterns) 😊

Oh dear, insulted you? I couldn't give a toss (excuse the pun, please don't be offended by that), who he plays for, where he's from, or how good he is or isn't on the football field. The boy has done nothing wrong, it is not his fault that you and others are offended by seeing another males flaccid old boy. Driving at 70mph (if true) is another matter completely, not sure why you have likened that to a nude photo, but there you go. 2015 not 1915.

It's his general and overall behaviour Neath, which is of a standard you seem to accept, which is fine, we agree to disagree, it's just that when it comes to children having access to such things I tend to get a little edgy, Which I am sure you do to.

and by the same token, many sexual offenders are created by years of repression and unhealthy cognizance and abili to discriminate between what constitutes natural and what is sexual.
