Watched his Bilbao side a lot on their Europa run last year. Incredibly entertaining and very attack minded. High tempo, pressing game. Guardiola sees this guy as his mentor. Also read a bit about him in Graham Hunter's book on Barca and Balaugue's on Pep. Bielsa is a perfectionist. HJ won't have any concerns about his preparation.
Problems I see with him is he maybe a bit crazy and I'm not sure on his English. |  | | |

Well, we've just had someone who was calm and composed and we got rid of him, so perhaps a bit of crazy might help!
A Spanish manager wouldn't be a bad call - at least they tend to play with a bit of passion. I think we've picked up on Laudrup's laid back attitude too much.

I think 'Foreseeable future' is until the end of the season in Huw's terms. This is huge gamble with our Premiership future. It may work by why gamble? If Huw had a list of replacements lined up then why not get the top man in now?
Some will say 'bouncebackability' if we fail. It is not easy for a club of our size. I was 27 when we hit the First Division. I am 60 now. I could be pushing up daisies when we get back again.
Changing a manger is always a gamble. The odds for failure should be kept to a minimum. I fear this is not the case here.
