Shrewsbury is just down the road from me and I've been to a few games. I think his QPR appointment was a big mistake but I wish him well and I'll go a bit more often now I think. |

Wow I'm suffering the exact same, tendonitis in the left ankle. That coupled with painful muscles/joints in my legs caused by some medication I'm on and the daily dog walk becomes quite a chore.
I don't know of any way to alleviate it but I'm determined not to let it slow me down - I need the exercise.
I'm 61 btw. |

I'm more partial to a strong cup of tea but usually have at least one coffee a day. Even when I've drunk multiple cups, I've never really noticed any effect. |

I didn't like Nick London's commentary when I first heard it. It took quite a while for me to appreciate what he did. I also think he got better as time went on.
I'm reserving judgement on the new guy for those reasons. |

Labour's plans to tax private school fees will drive lots of kids from private to public education, if put into action. I believe that there is now a legal challenge being brought against the plans now.
I can't see how school numbers can fall in any event though. |

No, not an embargo - an EFL-imposed "business plan".
Any business they do has to be approved by the EFL. |

If I could also add a related issue - what's with the vacuum packed minced beef now? I understand the reasons for it but it's a bugger to separate and I end up with big lumps of beef in my spag. bol./lasagne/cottage pie, etc.. |

Personally, I'd happily pay more tax if it meant real improvements to health & social services, public transport etc.. I just don't trust anyone to be able to deliver those things. |

Went into hospital for a routine procedure and woke up in Intensive Care with more tubes than a packet of Wheat Crunchies. Severe allergic reaction to the general anaesthetic.
Really changed a lot of my perspectives and in several ways is the best thing that ever happened to me. |
