What are they going to sink it with? They will protect the Crimea at all costs as it's so strategically important. It's a continuation of the great game , which Britain and Russia fought over in the 19th century. I also believe the population there want to remain Russian as the Ukraine shut off the water supply to them and Russia had to restore it.
Hong Kong was kept by the British because we had overwhelming forces. China then was not the China it is today and Britain is not the same also |

i'm surprised the police even responded to this. They don't often attend and prosecute violent incidents anymore.
As Peter Hitchen said, the police force and judiciary is no longer fit for purpose and should be abolished and started over again from new.
However, I don't this this was a jailable offence, especially if it was a first offence by the MP. Sacked and humiliated . yes of course. |

Ukraine tried that. they had a lot of success initially with drones until Russia identified the source of these drones and it's command personnel and took them out with an iskander missiles. Crimea is hugely important to Russian strategy as it's one of their few outlets to the black sea. They will not give that up under any circumstances |

This is correct. He didn't stand up to them he got bullied and humiliated.
He walked away from peace talks 2 years ago after pressure from Johnson. He should have stood up to him then. He's a weak man who has kept this conflict going.
He's had a fortune from the west and NATO and it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference to the outcome. He has stated he won't pay back a cent. The arrogance of this man is astounding. Even Britain had to pay back it's wartime debt to the Yanks, yet this guy thinks it's for free. There's nothing for free with the Yanks - who are the real villains in this proxy war. . He's been played like a fish |

Exactly., Zelensky is not this super hero who everyone seems to love at the moment. He's a dangerous man who wants to drag us into this - we already are unofficially. He should have stood up to Johnson and not walked away from the peace talks two years ago. |
