"Marti Cifuentes' side were rock bottom with 11 points from 16 games at the start of that day, but a run of just one defeat in the following nine matches has lifted them to the middle of the table with a points tally closer to the play-offs than the relegation zone."
Think it goes a bit further back to the 2-1 win we got there in 21/22 when Gray and Dickie scored for us.
Dunne was getting dogs abuse from the Luton fans by the tunnel during the game, especially whenever he took a throw in over that side. Think he got badly challenged by a Luton player and the Luton fans thought he was milking it/play acting, so were on his back non stop after. So when we got the result, he was giving it back in spades. That riled them, and when they beat us 3-1 and Dunne got that injury, they leapt on that with the headline "Job Dunne"! on there official Twitter page. Poor taste. But I think I recall they pulled down after realising Dunne's injury was serious. But the damage had been "Dunne" by then!
I need to pop to the club shop on Friday to change a top. Was gonna drive there for about 10-11am. But what's it's like for parking around there during the day? Is it possible for a quick 5-10mins stop without any probs? Or are there restrictions/CPZ's everywhere?
"Still, if you play players like Field, Varane, Dunne, and Smyth in the same team, as needs must, then it's not surprising. It's just a bit depressing."
Wow!
Unbelievably harsh to call out those 4 players who are currently playing very well, 3 of whom have been contributing to our goals tally of late.
But especially Dunne??!!! WTF???
Also, when was the last time you enjoyed watching QPR? Let me guess...
