If the NW had been given the job instead of the moronic decision to give it to Bennie, very good chance we'd be in the play-offs now. Though JFH seems to be taking the club in the right direction. Warnock was a fantastic manager for us, I'll wish him well wherever he goes. Great to see him succeeding, hope Rotherham stay up. |

£15k / week, 1 yr rolling contract. Its hard to deny he's been good recently, I'd keep him over Phillips. |

Not worth going unless Dianne Abbott, Shami Chakrabarti & Camila Batmanghelidjh attend...maybe chuck in Yanis Varoufakis for good measure? |

Junker, Draghi, Shultz, Tusk & Borroso enjoy being power players, though when it comes to actually doing anything they're useless. Greece as well as being cast back into 50's living standards is now an internal prison for migrants and being bollocked by the EU for the pleasure of it. How does that work? Thousands of migrants (Good luck to them) every day entering Greece - the EU's response = NOTHING. The higher echelons of management in the EU remind me of Hughes & Bagpuss running QPR, though the latter two didn't quite manage to 'give' £55M away every day.. Out. |

Need to get shot off him in this transfer window. The £6m will become £2.5m in the summer and then nothing a year from now as only 6 months left on contract. Why we do need to keep him? We're not going to get in the playoffs. Take the cash and invest in a few more Smithies & Washington's. |

Chuffed about this, I had visions of him being the new SWP and running his contract down. With Green, Hoilett, Henry, Diakite, Konchesky & Traore all off at the end of the season thought we'd just have Sandro & Fer to shift, so getting shot now is a bonus. |

Would have Bamford ahead of Crouch any day.. |

Adams said: “I firmly believe that we are still on course for a crack at promotion back to the Premier League. That is where this club belongs. However, I feel it is in the best interests of the team that an immediate change is made in order to ensure a positive impact on results. Would be nice in HR was capable of similar thoughts about his & QPR's relationship. The possibility of that is non-existent. |

Huge game. Arsenal & today gave us a chance to somewhat dictate our own destiny for the rest of the season, though we didn't have the guts.. With Swansea playing tomorrow night, then us 2.5 days later, we've got to go for it.. Next home games, Man U Southampton Tottenham Arsenal Everton Chelsea How many points there? Leicester winning was an ok result, they might stick with Pearson through transfer window. Hopefully Hull implode, Millen gets the Palace job and Sherwood ends up at West Brom. Need a Pulis-free prem. To state the obvious, other teams bad decisions/misfortune will play a big part in us staying up, as we don't look likely to help ourselves. Hopefully 34 points will be enough. |
| Forum Thread | Pulis at 13:36 24 Dec 2014
Being linked with Brighton. Would be a result if appointed. Otherwise he's bound to be in with a shout of loser of Hull v Leicester on the 28th, if they both lose on Friday. Him joining Leicester wouldn't be great news for us. |

Zamora upfront, replaced at H/T by Austin (As long as not losing by 2 + goals). Rest Dunne, Vargas & Henry. More chance of 3 points against Crystal Palace & Swansea, than a point at Arsenal. Not all the over 30's are going to be effective for 3 games in a week. The 2 home games are going to have serious implications on the rest of the season, need to give ourselves the best chance of winning them. Lose more than 2 of our key 1st XI against Arsenal |

The comments on Richard Dunne were tabloid gibberish. Was there any recognition of the teams mental strength to turn the match around? Of course not, just a description of a 'ragged' victory. Followed by a mention that it's likely we'll get relegated. A great way to bring someone down from a euphoric high less than 15 minutes after the game's conclusion. Comments on here i.e. 'we're pretty terrible' is overstepping it a little. We've 13 from the last 15 at home and played (prior to Sat pm) 8 of the top 10 teams away. Burnley & Leicester are also pointless on their travels against these teams. Best football writer in the country? Seriously.. |

Barney Ronay's prejudiced review on Saturdays's game. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/dec/20/qpr-west-bromwich-albion-premier ‘If Queens Park Rangers do stay in the premier league — and even after this slightly ragged 3-2 victory that is a substantial if’ ‘More a collection of disparate, slightly baffled individuals fulfilling the fixture list’ ‘Richard Dunne twice lost his man, turning and twisting with all the gossamer grace of a fully laden municipal dustcart’. Provocatively poor journalism. He'll inevitably soon be appearing on the dire Sunday morning MOTD muppet show. |
