A day for the ignorant and the racist to enjoy themselves. Well done to all involved. |

I'm usually a large and I go to XL in Swans Joma stuff. They are still quite tight even then. |

We’re doing very similar. Flying from Bristol to Pisa on the Friday. Train to Florence then, stay there for the Friday and potentially all of Sat, not sure yet. Train to Rome on Sat afternoon/Sun morning Fly back Tuesday morning Rome to Heathrow Rental car Heathrow to Bristol! It’s about £200 for flights but that’s because we opted to go back from Rome. We’ve not booked accommodation yet but we also looked at the plus hostel in Florence. I’ve stayed in one in Malmo and Berlin and they’re very good. |

65th anniversary of UEFA so they are 'celebrating' it by putting it in 12 different citues. It's a farce. Especially considering England are at Wembley for all of their group games, the 2nd round, the semi final and final...if they get there. Say Wales end up in Group B with Russia and Denmark, it means we play Denamrk in Copenhagen then fly to St Petersburg to play Russia. It’s a bit unfair for those sides that aren’t hosting cities. Alternatively, we end up in Group A and play Italy in Rome and then fly to Baku. Personally, I hope we are in the Copenhagen/St Petersburg group as it’s logistically better than trying to get to Baku. edit - we also know that Belgium are in group B and we would play them in St Petersburg. I think this is pretty much my team too. I agree with the inclusion of Routs, I think he’s a clever player and knows what the game means. However, does he have the pace required to play on the wing any more? I would say the same thing in that it’s 50/50 with him and Peterson. Peterson would be excellent against tired legs for the last 20 mins or so as an impact sub though. |

In terms of mobile coverage, I think Sky Mobile uses the O2 network. Not sure if that's any help to you but just thought I would mention it - how is O2 coverage in your area? There are only 4 network providers in the uk - O2, EE, Vodaphone and Three. The rest just piggyback on one of those and then provide the customer service and pricing. [Post edited 27 Sep 2019 13:35]

That's what I was getting at with the link I provided. |

As per my initial message, we should have expanded when we first spoke about it. That would have been in the Premier League. There's no reason to do it right now. I'm not sure about the increased revenue being enough to bring in extra players etc. Ultimately, we survived off the Premier League TV money and the ticket sales were relatively small. But to become a bigger club you need to maximise your fan base. We couldn't do that with the stadium size that we had. |

I have no idea about Sports TV. I'm just talking about the mailing list as a place for knowledge transfer. I'm not saying to use any sort of afiliated IPTV service. |

You mention getting the kids involved with watching the Swans. That's exactly why we should have expanded the stadium when we had the chance. The first few seasons of Premier League football were sell-outs. We were packing out the ground and if you were lucky enough to get a match day ticket you had to pay through the nose for it and sit away from any family and friends. I know because I used to do it myself. I was working and living away so gave up my season ticket the year that Sousa was in charge. When I came home for the weekend I would be paying nearly £50 a ticket for some home games with the booking fees. Having a bigger ground would have meant the chance to have a cheaper match day ticket, if we wanted to do it. It would have meant that youngsters from across South and West Wales would be able to go and watch a Premier League game. Initially it may be to watch the likes of Rooney, Aguero etc but then that's how you get future fans. They may go to watch the opposition, get bitten by the bug and want to return. Before you know it, you've got a new Swans fan. Again, I can relate to this because I had family members in Pembrokeshire asking me to take their youngsters to the game and I was struggling to get a ticket myself. My first Swans game was the Wembley trip in 94. The only reason I went, as a 9 year old, was to watch the final at Wembley. I was hooked from that day. You can argue against the expansion. But in my opinion, it was a massive opportunity missed. It always seems to be the ones that are arguing against the expansion, are the ones that have season tickets so aren't bothered. |

I thought for an opening day fixture, it must have been the poorest away following I can remember for a long, long time. |

Totally agree regarding the expansion. We missed a huge trick in not expanding the stadium. The first few seasons in the Prem were when we had the biggest buzz around the club, we started to see Swans shirts everywhere. You couldn't get a ticket to most matches. It was vital that we expanded in terms of gaining future hardcore support. |
