They would sell the lot if they could, the covenant agreement that they cannot sell Stamford Bridge has scuppered their plans, so they are selling what they can. How selling to a sister company which I understand other clubs have done and been penalised is an odd one.

Citeh's legal team are all over this I bet, if they get away with all those 115 chargers or just get token punishments, it'll just go to prove just how corrupt the game is.
