What A Joke! 10:22 - Aug 23 with 550 viewsunion_jack

Saw this on Nextdoor this morning.

You couldn’t make this up-
‘Three of the five stages of the Junior Tour of Wales, which starts on Friday, have been changed as support vehicles would not be able to keep up with the riders without speeding.’
This is from BBC news and states that the cycling event had to avoid 20mph zones as the support vehicles can’t keep up with the speeding cyclists as they don’t have to adhere to any limits!

Are Sperm Whales the reason the sea is so salty?

Said before that the U.K has regressed into a real time equivalent of a stereotypical Channel 4 Brass Eye sketch parody, courtesy of individuals that once-upon-a-time would have been sent to get sparks for the grinder, striped paint and a washing machine license.

Living in a world and day and age where it is wrong for a pre-pubescent kids to dress up as a Red Indian , but o.k. to be told that they require “gender realignment” intervention by grown-up adults etc, etc, etc.

Argus!

You think this increase is bad, the Senedd is rying to get more powers. If the need more people to properly deal with what powers they have now, how many more do you think they'll demand to deal with extra powers?

How many powers will Starmer move across? 30 extra MS this time, it'll be another 30-50 in a few years.

It might not be so bad if we had a realistic number of LGA's. Wales is going to be drowned in politicians soon. It's almost like they discovered binary fission.
