I think we've had enough stupid changes with VAR, linesmen not putting their flags up etc, and I can do without 10mins of injury time as standard.
If they're going to start getting picky about every second then I would much prefer for there to be an independent time keeper who stopped the clock, the games then end at 90mins and with a similar system to Rugby when you keep playing until the ball goes out of play when the 90 mins is up.
And tbh the refs have probably got enough to do without worrying about the timekeeping too. | |
