Clive, i’d heard Powell has been interviewed as well as Sherwood, so far. Do we definitely know hems been offered it? Can’t believe they wouldn’t sit down with at least 4-5 candidates. It’s kind of important.

On the basis that we only want to be better than Manchester Utd, this guy consistently pipped Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to the league title in Norway. I appreciate OGS has slightly better resources now but you can't argue with historical results. sign him up
Maybe we should try and lure Louis van Gaal from retirement. Beste builder of teams and getting the best out of young players. He might even turn us from Queens Park Raisens into Rangers again.

After he called Neil Custis 'fat man' we should have made him king never mind QPR manager.

Haven't heard anything about Powell. He was there on Saturday but he's often at our games when he's out of work.
As for a thorough process - you've met QPR right? It's sherwood's to turn down but he may well do that, I've said from the start I've be surprised if he wants it.

If Sherwood somehow turns down the only job in professional football anyone will be stupid enough to offer him ever again it'll be up there with the play off final quite frankly.

Mr Sherwoods managerial career comprises of 28 games for Spurs and 28 for Aston Villa so a total of 56 games. Last managed around three and a half years ago. That's only 55 more than Clint Hill, Clint being player manager at Wembley. They cannot be serious surely.

Obviously it doesn't mean much as we don't know the ins and outs but interestingly over night the bookies odds on Sherwood being our next boss have gone out to 13/8 from 4/7 and Mark Warburton's odds have gone in to 3/1 from 9/1.
Now we KNOW that the QPR board read and dissect everything on twitter and online, is it possible that they have read all of the constant (and rightful) negativity around Sherwood getting the job because he's close with Les & Ramsey and had a rethink ?.
I for one f**king hope so

I don't want Sherwood, but the thought of our board, once again, over ruling Hoos & Ferdinand on a footballing matter is far worse to stomach!
Especially with their track record of appointments & cahanging the direction of the club every month!
