White Denim, the most prolific band on the planet. The Alan Shearer of the music world. Scored a billion goals but what did he ever actually do? I've found much of their recent offerings a bit meh but quite like this one. Trash rock. Scrunch it up and throw it away.
This has a bit of a grunge edge to it and some bite. I had never heard of her before yesterday. Of course, she is very familiar with *my* oeuvre

Nilufer Yanya - caught her on Jools Holland last week liked her, sounded a bit like The Cure so just listened to her recent debut album and wow, think I'm in love.

Heard this on Barnett Brutal Brunch on Totalrock last night. It blew me away the album is out in Feb.
