Just letting off a bit of steam. Being a west countryman I know plenty of $hitty fans. One tagged me into a comment on FB about our fixtures and I mentioned there could be a lot riding on the one the last day of the season. He replied "what us going up and you going down? lol". Then his mate chips in with something about "Sheperds Bush gypos[sic]" still being in business by then, whatever that means. Can't stand football fans crowing before a ball has been kicked. Particularly can't stand the $hitty, who seem particularly prone to it. Love it when the Rs are singing "Your Welsh and you know you are", even though I was born and bred 40 mins from Bristol! Prefer the Rovers, probably cos I hate teams that play in red and also because of the close history between the Gas and QPR. Guess the $hitty doesn't evoke many emotions in most of you, but anyone who wants to cheer me up by putting the boot into them (figuratively, not literally you understand) will be more than welcome. |  | | |  |

It's my closest 'away' game so I'll be going to that one. Ashton gate is horrible though, probably more down to the fans than anything else. Went in a couple of pubs I should have done last time & I won't be repeating the experience, it's lucky I have west country accent. |  | | |

I used to live two minutes from the Memorial Stadium. Once saw a Gashead getting his head smashed in by some Rovers fans after he decided to drink loudly at the local Rovers-only bar. Cocky bastards in general, much prefer Rovers. Helps we have the Gerry Francis / Olly link with them too. | | | |

Forget Chelsea, Cardiff, Luton and Fulham this is the biggest match for me! Being from the West Country I have grown to despise Bristol City and now the fans are even worse than usual after having such an excellent season. I'd happily take a low finish and do the double over that lot.

And me Weston. Used the Brian Tinnion quote to remind them not to big themselves up too much, but got back a load of "will surprise a lot of teams, "we have a good young team" and "mid table finish". Tw@ts. Remember the Stewart goal as well. I was in the away end for that one (no backs on the seats; sh1thole) cos sometimes get a corporate with one of their main sponsors (well I say corporate, more sh1te facilities) and it was like we had won!
