Eyre back in football
Eyre back in football

Former Dale manager Steve Eyre has returned to employment in football by becoming their new Senior Professional Development Coach.

The former City youth team coach was dismissed from his role at Spotland in December having failed to make the transition into management, and has since been working on Radio Manchester.

This role that he takes at Huddersfield will see him work with those players graduating from their scholarships, handling their transition into the first team squad. He will also take charge of their reserve team on matchdays.

What is happening at Huddersfield ?
First they sack Lee Clarke when automatic promotion was a strong possibility and are now set only for the play-offs again, then to compound the misery they hire Mr. Eyrehead.
Seems like they are slowly imploding.

If Jordan Rhodes leaves in the summer anyone fancy Harry Bunn to turn up at Huddersfield next year on the recommendation Eyrehead ???
