I don't believe that anyone offered £10 million for him last season. If anyone had, we'd have bitten their hands off. |

The manager was urging them to play further up the pitch but they had run out of steam and didn't have strength in depth in the bench. |

Not all his fault but: TTA in midfield, had years to sort out a midfield partner for Rice Only left back in the squad hasn't played in months Right footed left back needs a winger not Foden Neither Kane nor Saka look match fit, appears to be playing them to try to get match fit. Impacting on the team. Mentality/attitude of the team not right Don't look like a team, rather what Southgate thinks are his best 11 players. Bellingham playing too much football isn't his fault |

Is it link a Welsh international month? Hopefully just noise as neither signing would get fans excited. Bradshaw is 32 in July so even if we were interested, based on reports of what we offer players of a similar age, I could only see us offering a 1 year contract which is no better than where he is. Harris would seem a more likely link. However, I'm sure that he signed a 3 year contract last season and with Oxford getting promoted I would be surprised if they would sell him without a silly money bid. |

I agree Southgate was probably looking not to lose the game and that probably impacted on the players mindset. Win the first game and draw the second seems to be a common tournament theme. However in saying that, there are times in matches when they look like they were thrown together just before the game. Whether that is down to the managers tactics, players having been out through injury and trying to play them back to fitness, players carrying knocks or player burnout who knows. Their press especially often looks disjointed. Scoring a goal and then dropping deeper and deeper must surely be down to the players mentality and a lack of leadership at the back. You would have thought Stones would be shouting at the midfield and attack to push further up the pitch. I can't believe any international manager sees that as a sensible tactic, although if Southgate has installed a mentality of whatever we do don't lose, that could be at the heart of it. |

Guehi by far the best outfield player. No leader at the back, no natural left back, no balance in midfield. TTA can't play there at international level, Foden and Bellingham want to play in the same position and both look as if they've played too many games, Rice looks a bit lost at times, as if he's never played with the other two before this tournament. Kane is no better than half fit and Saka seems to be carrying an injury or has been overplayed or both. Cole Palmer and Anthony Gordon must be thinking that they could have had more fun watching at home or on holiday rather than watching it from the bench with apparently no chance of getting a game. Manager guilty of picking what he feels are his best 11 players rather than picking his best and fittest team. |

This morning in a bid to restore confidence to the squad England played a friendly against a team of dustbins. With their superior mobility and greater ability to retain possession most observers felt the dustbins were good value for a 0-0 draw. |

Players will kiss our badge one day and kiss somebody else's a week later if they are transferred. It's a get what you can while you can sport. Those that make it to the top are set up to waste money and get ripped off. A Car is a means of transport and a watch is a watch. See the law of diminishing returns. Players on "as little" as £10 grand a week for 5 years can earn more than people on £30 grand a year can earn in 2 lifetimes. If he gets a better offer and takes it up to him. He owes the club nothing and the club will dump him the second they think he can't perform in whatever division we are in. |

Not unreasonable- experience of tournaments at a lower age level. Reports say he was on a salary of between £1.5 and £2 million (depending on which one you read) at Forest so potentially not ruled out financially. Depends on who fed his name to the papers as to whether it has any legs. |

I agree that we got found out too easily in tournaments. If the Welsh FA either don't know who is better or won't pay for someone better then we have a problem. |

Must have been a better offer than a fish supper in Rossi's, a tub of Joe's and the other side of the pond putting a block on transfer plans at the last minute. |
