How about a few “not a lot of people know thats”

Strangely, Tadcaster is also the home of the Samuel Smith brewery, a very different beer maker from Molson Coors.

Fair enough I think. I've walked that cut through countless times but often thought it must be a nightmare for the residents on match day.

There's actually a slightly quicker cut through from White City station. Wood Crescent, through Hammersmith Park then Batman close to the stadium. The park is closed after dark though.

Yeah, Goswell can do one. As far as I'm concerned that's Aldersgate Street.

Anyway, some say there are over 700 pubs in the city of London. I guess we'll just have to find out, though that'll be a long old crawl.

I'm old school. I consider the city of London to be within the Roman wall.

It's a shame we don't have Cannon any longer. They could have fought it out together.

As one or two others have observed, Armstrong would make a great running rugby player in either code.

You make a good point about his balance. He can often look like a toddler learning to walk though I'm sure he hasn't had this issue playing for the DS. I wonder if it comes down to him trying too hard? Perhaps with the confidence that comes with experience, he'll improve in this respect.

It might not be all that odd, I don't know, but I've kept notes on the players for years. Things like signings and departures, contracts, goals scored, positions etc. Nourry's put the kibosh on some of that though which is bloody annoying.

Again, the book's far better than the film and very nostalgic for the older gentleman.

He'd be one for the dev squad. I see he's scored 4 in 6 for the Irish U19s.
