Trashing Sunderland and playing some lovely football. Who needs Tony Mowbray? |

Two idiot presenters doing the football updates. Idiot on the right is talking about the Everton manager and calls him 'Sean Dysh". Please tell me they're not so woke now that they can't even say "Dyche' (Dyke) for fear of upsetting people? FFS |

'I felt we had to contain, contain and contain, but when the ball went backwards and sideways most of the time we could go after it, then it's down to the players to step on and do it and I thought at times we nailed it'. |

Who at Sky decided to appoint that obnoxious turd as a football commentary panel member? The likes of Matt Murray who has a bit of personality would have been much better. |

Looks like yet another mistake. Looks far more like a goalkeeper than Bazunu or McCarthy, but he now plays for Goztepke. |

The Echo is claiming that he's open to a return to Saints. Yes or no? For me a yes, he has a wealth of experience and even at 39 he's fit and has another season or two in him. He could even take over as manager if Martin doesn't work out. |

Article in there today claiming that James Ward Prowse said that the last three months under Selles have been 'really enjoyable'. If he did say that, he must surely be on his way out, because it's been the opposite for us. |

An ad for the 1814 Chinese restaurant in Southampton appeared on Instagram yesterday featuring Salisu and Elynoussi displaying their bling and wealth and grinning all over their faces looking as happy as pigs in shit. What a pair of utter tosspots. |

Just seen his comment on Sky that Alcaraz should have been seen sent off, but makes no mention of Barnes' horrendous tackle on Ward-Prowse. Then goes on to say that Leicester should bring Vardy on as 'he's always had a good record against Southampton'. Louise always was to good for the moronic tw at. Him and his father both. |

So are they going to give him the job or what? Leeds have already made their appointment, why the silence here? |
| Forum Thread | Pleased For Ruben Selles at 17:13 18 Feb 2023
What a great result for the man, and he actually looks like a Prem manager instead of a tramp. Give the man the job, so pleased they didn't bring in Marsch. There've been calls since the summer to bring him in, and the other call was to start Stuart Armstrong, both happened today. Why oh why they brought in Jones, we could have been six points or more better off by now. Madness. Hopefully sanity will now prevail. |

Saints: 'They look like players who don't like what they're being told to do'. Sounds like the truth, but Lineker seemed to want to move on from that comment in a hurry. |
