Just when I have watched the two players Grant is always trying to make things happen. Grimes is the total opposite in my opinion, his head goes down when we are struggling and his body language says it all, although I would be delighted if he proved me wrong.

Look at how much we have struggled without Grant. He is the one player we have with genuine quality. Yes he had discipline problems but so did Holt at times (got 15 yellow cards in one season). Im sure Hilly will sort that side of his game out.

What about the 1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-2, 3-2, 3-2 and 3-1 defeats in the last 9. Not saying I want him out (although I'm not far off) but you need to look at it from both angles.

Fully agreed thats why I dont enjoy watching this team. The big boot tactics the playacting just does not entertain me at all.

I will say I will never stop watching us and can only hope his tactics will change but I know they wont!

Just something simple like PDF posters which could be downloaded and put round offices, town etc.

Remember going to grimsby once on a Friday night and they made it £10 all round the ground how about trying something similar when we play Cheltenham on a Friday night just before Christmas. Something like that needs to be tried.
