FAO Ux and the Trust. Why have you not told everyone it sees the Accounts?? 18:19 - Feb 3 with 44252 views | _ | This is truly shameful as this has been brought up literally hundreds of times since it was first disclosed you couldn't see them. You've made mugs out of a lot of people and were happy to allow this myth to build and build and be used as another tool for fans not to trust the owners. The real question is can we trust the Trust I'm sorry but this is another clear example of why we can't. It's a sham.

FAO Ux and the Trust. Why have you not told everyone it sees the Accounts?? on 13:05 - Feb 8 by Uxbridge | And we should look to the future when it comes to the majority owners. But not extend that courtesy to the Trust. This linking the SCSA to the Trust is ridiculous. Chris has an issue with Phil. It's colouring the issue. |
I do have a massive issue with him. Completely and I won't hide away from that. But it was him who started the SCSA, him that sent the emails to everyone, him that took the meetings. So regardless of my issue with him it was Phil Sumbler, The Trust Chairman, that started the splinter group.

FAO Ux and the Trust. Why have you not told everyone it sees the Accounts?? on 13:36 - Feb 8 by vetchonian | The issue with the deal as I thought was no monies paid until June and then only half of the loan fee. I thought we had a cahs flow problem.....hence the need to offload etc Yes an £8M sale for an acadamy product is good.....but like you I am glad he didnt go. My point was the Yanks talk of seeing our future in the U23s yet were prepared to allow a "find " of this season to go now for peanuts....there was no gaurantee of of theat 8M or a permanent sale.....possibly also putting Dan's development back! |

Supposedly we asked for £750k up front and £750k in June for the loan, with the transfer fee to be paid over 3 years (which is pretty normal for amounts that large - see all our purchases still hanging over the club's head) and Leeds were ready to agree but we wouldn't answer the phone. If they didn't go up and we got DJ back in the summer it wouldn't be terrible business, would it? £1.5m for six months and we'd have the asset back with us. With the size of Leeds squad and Bielsa's determination to get him (they had no other targets except a brief look at O'Dowda, supposedly) he would have played, I can't imagine he'd have gone backwards this season barring injury, which is as much a risk here as there. He'll sign a new contract and we'll get £15m for him from Bournemouth when a big club buys Brooks in the summer.

Innit. Classic. I'll post where I feel it's appropriate. As you say, the Trust would get enough stick if some of us didn't.

FFS - we get slithers of info from the Trust and then, when we get a bit more, you try to stop it. You couldn't make it up, even in your weird mind. Honestly, if you had a quid for every time you'd ruined a thread on here, you'd be able to buy yourself a real Bentley ;) Chill, Darren.....just chill a bit and don't feel that you HAVE to contribute to every thread.

No I’m not trying to stop it I’m trying to stop Uxbridge in his position as Trust vice chairman arguing the toss with an utter twà t. It’s really not a good look.

FAO Ux and the Trust. Why have you not told everyone it sees the Accounts?? on 12:41 - Feb 8 by GoodPointSir | Correct, not to mention continuing to ban and silence anyone who is putting those truths out there that they feel they can get away with. The most destructive, untrustworthy and hypocritical period within the Trust currently from someone who was quite open about willing to give them another chance - and that takes some doing after the corrupt vote, secret cash payments, previous silencing and the subsequent lying and covering up that went with all of those. Makes you wonder what they are so scared of and desperately trying to suppress doesn’t it... |

Doesn’t Phil have an issue with Huw and others which colours that rhetoric? Rhetoric he openly shapes and sways? Why does this only work one way? Why are people afraid of balance? Here is what I don’t get... How is it that such people can call for Jenkins (and others) head off the back of cited performance and trust issues, when the Trust is immune from the same scrutiny? Let’s be honest here, HJ has done more great work for this club than any of the people on this Trust board, so it seems incredibly rich. Funny fact - If Jenkins had acted the way Sumbler has over the last few years, they would be slagging him off and demanding his removal immediately, that’s the irony. It’s absolutely true, and all the hangers on here would also be up in arms by the sheer incompetence and untrustworthy and underhand actions. - The lies that he and others told the fan base about the secret payments to the Trust Director was frightening - The complete incompetent embarrassment regarding the deal recommendation which almost brought the club and Trust to its knees (while banning and covering up anyone with the opposite and now proven correct view they felt they could get away with) - The shambolic and cowardly resignation when it was clear his idiotic wishes were about to be pushed through. - The covered up conflicts of interest rotting the organisationto the core - The continued use of propaganda and silencing tactics to cover up anything they feel they can get away with even after they realised we were right all along on the vote. - The potentiality damaging militant sub group he set up (then quit again) to disrupt the club - The instructions to use this site as a propaganda tool for those aims... the list is endless. Someone who is supposed to be in a position where they are open and listen to all views simply cannot have the conflict of interest of being able to sway, edit and doctor opinion on this large scale. Something he has done continuously for years, admitted to and even suggested to others to do it, claiming that up to 20,000 people will see what is said on here, noting the power this tool has. When he is recommending vital voting preferences or even simply constructing important club voting polls, he simply cannot have this power and is a clear conflict of interest. Anyone who reads that and doesn’t see the issues, the irony and the huge issues at Trust level really need to give their head a wobble.

If the Trust don't act swiftly in removing Sumbler they'll end up in an even bigger mess than they're in now.
