Sunderland v Everton on 21:26 - Sep 12 by harryhpalmer | Sunderland defensively are shocking. And they are over reliant in Defoe to score all of their goals - he's yet to score this year at the Stadium of Light |
The tactical genius Moyesey will sort them out, mun...

I agree. I hope Montero and Llorente are watching those two. That's how it's done - Montero is capable of playing like Bolasie- he just needs to do it more often. Is Llorente capable of taking up Lukaku-type positions? Haven't seen it yet. Come on Franco - get them sorted.

Lukaku had not scored since March before tonight...... and he cost a tad more than Llorente. Montero has already torn some top defenders a new one. Give em a break eh?

It is odd, our strikers never seem to get that sort of space that Lukaku had in the second half, he also didn't get it in the first half either.

Yes , but why does nobody answer my question? If he didn't want to play for us, then we don't pay him and leave him on the bench. It's as if it's believed that players have all the power, which isn't so. Ask Berahino.

Because that wouldn't make financial sense even if we had reasonably benevolent owners.

Yes because he would still be paid his basic wage which would be a "fortune" for getting splinters on the bench ! We as a club could not afford such a luxury

And what use exactly has Berahino been to West Brom over the last few years? They could have (should have, with hindsight) sold him for £24m when Spurs were sniffing around - even Stoke were still willing to pay £19m this summer. How many goals has he scored? How many games has he even played? They're lumbered with a player now who clearly doesn't want to be there & is showing little to no interest. We cashed in on Ash at a time when he didn't want to be here anymore & got £12m for him. Courses for Horses but I personally think we did the right thing.
