Moses has only been good for smaller teams when he wasn't overpaid. Shows lack of fight - exactly what we need to avoid.
Ince has looked superb every time I've seen him but is definitely inconsistent. But we've got Hoilett and Matty Phillips in that category. So neither for me.

Lets get the best from the championship or teams just relegated:
Snodgrass, Caulker, Noon (Cardiff), Ledley, Maclean (Wigan), Bryson etc.

Avoid Shane Long - over-rated, diver - hate him
