Avoidable goals stat
at 18:35 22 Sep 2024

How many passes from keeper to defender or across the back line don't lead to a goal being conceded?
How many hoof balls lead to a counter attack and a goal
conceded?

Well that was disappointing, although I don't think you could say passing (sic) about at the back was our downfall this afternoon.
For a bit of perspective the target this year is playoffs 75 points would guarantee a place in them, there more than enough games and points available to achieve that aim.

I can't imagine berating players for not hoofing the ball long to no one also encourages new fans to return.

Maybe it's to show a united front. Don't ask questions that might make the squad doubt The Gaffer

Aye sometimes a sideways or backwards pass really is the best option.

Or even if they can afford it buy a commercial pass once a season and ask a local hostelry to show the game.

Well it has certainly worked for me, I was put off going today because of the replacement buses between Manchester and Rochdale. Was going to watch on NLTV, but inspired by Cameron's statement I am on my way.

A replay of East's goal came up on Instagram and it got me wondering why you don't see teams trying a similar routine from corners more often.

Regarding the Trust it would have been good if after purchasing a ticket a link to join was included in the confirmation email.
