Always remember Jimmy Greaves commenting on the old crazy gang back in the day when they went ‘route 1’. Whilst most of us like to see the game played on the deck he congratulated Wimbledon for getting a goal in the quickest manner, ie direct.

In the 1st half we moved the ball forward quicker, had less possession and looked a massively better side because of that. As the game went on, we became more tippy tappy and became worse again.
