Article in last nights Evening Post 08:06 - Nov 23 with 10196 views | jacktheripper | About Huw Jenkins risking his money in the Swans and fully deserving the well earned returns. How much did he put in? I thought it was Martin Morgans money and HJ was just the mouth piece

Article in last nights Evening Post on 16:37 - Nov 23 by dobjack2 | And we are getting closer and closer to dropping out. People want Jenkins head in a platter and if that doesn’t happen they will be looking for someone to blame |
And if the yanks pull the plug after ducking us dry those 7 seasons will likely never be repeated. I'm glad he'll have his memories though.

Article in last nights Evening Post on 17:13 - Nov 23 by Brynmill_Jack | Balance? He put a little money into the club to wrest it from Petty , we got the new stadium and he hired jackett. Helot lucky with Roberto and the adoption of the "Swansea way" and did the hard bit and got us promoted to the PL and hit his zenith with Laudrups success. Now for the bad stuff. The sacking of Laudrups and appointing trouble maker in chief Gary Monk as manager, Monk's subsequent jettisoning of 6 years footballing philosophy for long ball shite, FAJTAK, the sale, the treatment of the trust , the continual meddling in player acquisitions resulting in ten's of millions of pounds of wasted money. There is no sign of a return to the glorious football we were renowned with under Rodgers and Laudrups tenures and the esteem the club was held in by many fans of other clubs. We had something rare , something to be proud of. Now we're worse than average and are developing into a laughing stock with players being bought for millions then loaned out and a revolving door where managers are concerned. We took on Bob Bradley FFS Chris! We will be stripped bare of finance by these sharks after our inevitable relegation which will then see us drop back to league one or even further. We could even end up like Portsmouth if we're not lucky and that will all be down to HJ, Martin Morgan and the other "saviours" of SCFC . What a legacy they are going to be burdened with. Their greed got the better of them but instead of exercising caution and diligence they sold to the worst possible buyers - a hedge fund which by its Modus Operandi only exists to make money and take it back to its shareholders. So what redeeming qualities can you pick out of our current situation to pat His on the back with then Chris?? I'm dying to know ! |
I think that those are pretty honest thoughts.

Article in last nights Evening Post on 09:27 - Nov 23 by theloneranger | Is this it?? http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/impassioned-letter-swa Some of it made sense until he said........ YOU CAN’T JUST BLAME HUW JENKINS.....!! , "Back in the day, he put his hand in his pocket and risked his money on his football club, and his risk paid off. It is his due reward to get some well-earned return on his investment. Having taken us from the depths of despair to the highest peak, he should be thanked for what he has done. Calling for his head now is like sacking your Sherpa when you’ve reached the top of Mount Everest. That was then you might say, and this is now, and we may be right to suspect that the personal joy in his own achievements have been soured by the flak he has received of late, as well as the daily aggravations of running a struggling Premier League club." |
So either a plant or written by someone oblivious to what's gone on in the last 18 months. Someone needs to write a truer version outlining how they behaved with the sale.
