Record Breakers - QPR Related! 20:36 - Nov 7 with 5985 viewsFredManRave

Only just realised that with our recent non win at Florist (shock horror) we are now the outright leader with the record of number of games without a win at a visiting ground having consigned Grimsby into second place with their meagre tally of 28 unsuccessful visits to Blackburns ground.

So that got me thinking about other records we hold. Obviously the first one that springs to mind is the F.A.Cup where, surprisingly, we're still only joint record holders with Plymouth with an incredible 49 cup runneth over in the 3rd round games although I'm quietly confident we'll make first place our own come January.

And our 6-2 first leg lead in the UEFA Cup yet still going out is, I'm sure some kind of record.

Anybody come up with any positive ones, real or fake, whilst we while away the days during this International break...

I've got the Power.

Most amount of away defeats in a PL season

Yes, we were the first League club to have an artificial pitch, followed by Luton, Oldham & Preston before it was outlawed.

Haha very funny. That's just the early eighties squad in wigs. Gary Waddock, Steve Wicks, and Tony Sealy are the easiest to spot. And thats definitely Barry Silkman (far left).

As for record-breaking check this from the official UEFA website: (Best goals to game ratio and possibly best home record. Would love to watch the Rs abroad in an actual game like)

Queen's Park Rangers, meanwhile, have their own case to argue about being the greatest side in the history of UEFA club competitions. QPR had just two seasons in Europe — the most recent notably ending with one of the biggest second-leg turnarounds in European history — but were incredible value, averaging a goal every 28 minutes in their 12 UEFA games. Fans in London were rewarded even more richly; they won all six home fixtures in the 1976/77 and 1984/85 editions of the UEFA Cup, scoring 25 times — on average, 4.17 goals per match. The best home record in European history?
