not so sure that an old nation only votes YES for financial advantage alone ?
(Although many small European nations are doing well in that respect).
Are we aware of any newly independent nations that want to revert to a larger political entity - not so sure that I do ?

Maybe replace the blue with green to show some representation of Wales ?

To reiterate a point I'd made in another thread that still holds true....
Really speaking Wales is the ONLY home nation represented on the Union Flag if you view it properly. It's a physical manifestation of these island's Christian faith and heritage. One Cross and two Saltires: The Cross of St George - a Palestinian bearing a Greek name. The Saltire of St Andrew - a Galilean bearing a Greek name. The Saltire of St. Patrick or Padrig, if you prefer, a Welshman bearing an ancient Welsh name.
The red represents the blood of Christ. Not Wales, not England, nor any other geographical territory. It's all about old JC. | |
