Had a pop over to our dear neighbors board to see how they're getting on now Bishops seen the light. There's a cracking thread on there about how under-soil heating should now be a priority for them, what with the revolution and all that. If they get it we have to have it. Come on Dunphy pull your finger out....
Best check before you set off, Derailment at Bletchley has messed all the trains up at the moment that are saying this evening but from what i've heard there is a lot of damage to the track, power and signaling systems which will realistically take most of the weekend to fix. Other services via leeds etc are likely to be rammed with everybody using them and of course the red scum play chelsky down there this weekend as well.
Some service will prob resume later today/tomorrow but they'll be severely delayed..
just found this program, Took a while to get it to work as apparently the server wasn't working but it's brilliant once it did start working. You can add any team and almost any sport. Well worth it..
Well, You'll all be pleased to know i've done extensive research on our official site for information on our 2pm press conference (it being 2:30 now) and what i have discovered is that Miss Greenwood of Stoneyvale Court has won £250 in this weeks goldbond. Congrats to Miss Greenwood. Maybe she knows something about our new manager....
I certainly wouldn't like to be in his shoes this morning. Make the right choice now, who knows we could be above Barnsley next year. Make the wrong one and we're playing Stockport in a league nobodys heard of before you know it.
Whatever happens I have complete trust in him and will back whoever he appoints. Unless i hear the words 'Paul Simpson' in which case i shall quite possibly lie in wait and slap him repeatedly with a wet fish...
We eventually got promoted by beating Northampton whilst Stockport will be relegated if they fail to beat Northampton today. The team that sent us up could be the ones to send them downl. I bet there isn't a Stockport fan in the world that wouldn't trade that wembley win for what we have now.
For those who have been unlucky enough to watch the tripe that is 'Evan almighty' the even unfunnnier sequal to 'bruce almighty' will know that god contacts Evan and commands him to build an ark for a flood that it doesn't appear can ever happen. He turns him into noah complete with beard and no matter how much he shaves the beard always reappears....
My theory is that maybe the football gods have contacted Hilly in a similar way and commanded him to take Rochdale to the premiership (A task most believe can never happen). Like the film it is a task that will make him the object of ridicule and scorn by those higher in the leagues but perseverance will pay off and Hilly will be proved right in the end with a glorious 3-0 win at old trafford to seal the premiership title for plucky little Rochdale. The beard is simply gods way of telling Hilly to never give up as in the film.....
Of course the alternative is that i've been watching to many very sh** movies, but the evidence is all there, if i see Morgan Freeman at a dale game i'll know i'm right ..... :)
