Southampton offered 2 bids last summer around 10m. That was common knowledge. I think we were holding out for more because a large chunk goes to Boro in sell on clause.

Might be around 4m after Boro get their slice of the cake. Surely after Lowe and Yates not starting the season for us both last season top scorers we desperately need a quality striker signing.

I was gobsmacked that we turned down 10m last summer. I like wood he left footed young tall and strong. If he goes for 7m Boro are supposed to get as much as 40 per cent of the sell on. Makes sense why we held out last summer now I thought it was because he was the last diamond left and the owners wanted to sell this summer instead.

Amazing support fair play. I will be well happy with 6 points from August. Cardiff have a tough start Sunderland and Burnley so if we can beat Preston we should have upper hand going into the derby. Id even take draw in the derby not to have to wait for Cardiff away. Let's keep doube doube going.

Sad to see but I think swans fans away attendances will drop alot this season. For various reasons. I went to Boro away a couple of seasons back when we lost 1 0. It is a big commitment of money and time for the long journeys. It also very annoying that you can't confirm travel plans until close to the game in case the KO times are changed. I always go away but we had so many fans at Rotherham and Blackpool and even Blackburn early on in recent seasons. Only plus don't have to worry about getting a ticket.

I will go 2 nil England with Kane to score. If they get through they play Switzerland next sat at 5pm. I can't see Slovakia winning it would be like Iceland beating England for a 3 time in 8 years.

He developed a few young England internationals quite nicely we won't mention names but one is playing centre half for England tonight after spending two years on loan with us. One thing managers don't get is time in a job. For me Victoria g developed into a good player later on.

Victor g hardly played for us apart super one yard finish against Stevenage away in the cup. He improved alot since then but wasn't our player. Funny thing we could have signed him and me included would of thought what did he do to get signed. Everyone allowed their own opinion. Mine is the club is skint and that shows in the constant shares being issued nearly every month. We are in the championship not conference south. We need to be alot more competitive in the transfer market to bolster a thin bare squad.

Whatever happened to not selling or loaning to teams around you. As in same division that could effect our league position. It happened before where a player doesn't fit with one team goes on to play well and score for another team. I hope this isn't the case him missing a penalty against us at Blackpool away gives me a little bit of solace.

I've booked prem inn Coventry Fri to Sunday for the game. Might drive up if train ticket prices don't come down. Still very outside chance game will be moved but you can change dates booked with premier inn and pay difference. Getting expensive away games now. Parking 10 24 hrs ncp by hotel or 8 night park plus app.

Owners not turning up to games says alot. Next level more like Cwm level park. Only positive is we stay within ffp. Also DC united are as bad or worse than us.

Two years ago stewards gave us water during air show when Yates missed a pen and we won 1-0. Over 30c great day out Blackpool and man u got hammered by Brentford in the sat night game.
