Are you better off getting relegated after spending one season in the Premiership, or is it better to remain there for several seasons.
Personally I’d say one season, no improved contracts, no signing of over priced players in an attempt to stay there, just pocket the money and build again.
Any thoughts? |

Incredible highs ( promoted to the premier league, winning a major trophy, playing in Europe)
Dreadful lows ( unnecessary relegation from the worlds most exciting league, destruction of a much admired playing style)

Ahead of the Brighton - Wolves game the panel were discussing Brighton’s improved possession statistics under Potter, Souness said something along the lines of ..,.a hundred more passes in your own half doesn’t indicate that your playing any better.
As I’m typing this Wolves have gone one up, seems like Souness has a point. |

Taking Routs off at half time was the right thing to do, but bringing on a like for like replacement was naive and ineffective, he should have brought on Borja or Surridge with Ayew moving out wide, as I said , tactically inept. |

Grimes, Fulton and Byers or Bobby Windsor, Charlie Faulkner and Graham Price.
I’ll go for the latter, they had more dog and passion than the other trio and could play a bit as well.

Firstly the linesman flags for offside from the throw in, and then from where I sit in the South the ball clearly comes off Ollie but the Lino flags for a corner, the rest is history as they say. |

Mulder was playing out of his skin before being unjustly dropped for Nordfelt, since replacing Nordfelt he has been positionally awful and uncertain in every aspect of his play.Ironically he should have been dropped several games ago but again this is one of Potters strange decisions, currently makes Dai ''Dracula'' Davies look like Gordon Banks. |

If he’s in discussions over a new contract then ask him to take a pay cut or move on, bang average player with no sense of awareness or urgency,. Villa are a very ordinary team yet every time they put a cross in it resulted in a free header, and while I’m at it what is the love in with Mc Burnie all about.....I don’t get it. |
