Ollie was talking about blooding more youngsters so I'm guessing either Phillips comes in or Furlong goes over to CB with Kakay filling in at RB. I suspect one of the two will play anyway, if not, I'll grab my boots. |

My first away game for a couple of seasons. Localish for me, £20, few fakes mates going too, can't go wrong. Shame its a 5.30pm not a 3pm though. I have a pretty dire away record....last two were 4-0 defeats (Brighton and Fulham) so not expecting much apart from a few beers pre and post match. |

I think if a Mr C Austin can get fit and stay fit they will stay up, if not, they will go down. Hughes will have nothing to do with it if they go down and everything to do with it should they stay up. In his words, probably. Wouldn't mind them down again, nice little away day, never seen us lose there, 2 wins and a draw. |

I was pretty much in line with it in R block, looked a stonewall pen, haven't seen it back yet though. I'm not surprised anymore, Smith gets nothing. He mentioned on the official podcast (I think) that refs have told him "you're bigger than them" which is just ridiculous, a foul is a foul and sometimes the centre backs are the same size anyway. Who would take the pens now anyway? I've seen Bidwell score a couple, Freeman maybe? |

1 - 1, them first. Sub at half time changes it for Rangers. Fair result. |

Hottest - Yeah blackpool too, although I sit in R block so am covered up from the baking sun. Wettest - Non QPR - England v Croatia, the one where we didn't qualify for the Euros (I think) got soaked through and we lost after bringing it back to 2-2. Coldest - Hmm Blackburn away, FA cup 3rd round. Lost 3-0 too I think. I do remember going to wolves away in march once and it snowing. 3-3, conceded in the 96th after 4 mins added on...... |

Spot on again, as always. The amount of people shouting at the lino in R block after the Smith header on the line was ridiculous. Plenty didn't believe me that we had goal line tech. I looked straight at the ref, saw him check the watch (which clearly said no goal) and sat down again. I showed the official hawkeye picture to people at half time (from QPR twitter) and some STILL didn't believe we had goal line tech. Maybe it needs to be on the big screen. Or people need to get with the times. |

Strange one as Burnley v Scum is on at the same time..... At least less people will see it that way |

Second the Madrid one, its not the best for atmosphere inside the ground but I sat outside a bar eating tapas and having beer before in view of the ground (not expensive) then to a bar next to the ground after where they were giving out free sandwiches and selling cheap estrellas. Lovely trip. No alcohol on sale inside the Bernabeu though - all "Sin" alcohol beers. Rapid Vienna was good fun too, like Germany but lower standard of football. PSG was dull (a couple of years before the big money) bars didn't open until 2 hours before K.O. No atmosphere. Concrete, cold, tight ground. And it was 0-0. Germany is defo the best. Been to Munich 1860 and Hertha Berlin, both great trips. I think any Spanish game would be good fun. Holland or Portugal next on my list. |

I used to live near Staines so remember watching him play then for Staines Town. He was obviously younger and raw but he was the best player in that team. Pacey, bit of skill, decent finish. Exactly the type of signing we need going forwards but just can't see where he fits in our current 3-5-2 system. He isn't a wing back or a central midfielder but could possibly play in the front 2. Can see him being more of a sub for now and coming on to inject pace against tired legs or when we switch formation if chasing a game (see the Hull game). Overall very pleased! |

I did exactly the same but had £25 QPR cash so worked out at 12.50 each. Would have been free if I had waited a couple of days! Probably trying to flog off anything associated with Dry World as quickly as possible. |
| Forum Reply | Pubs for Brentford at 15:56 19 Apr 2017
Not going to Brentford but having been to the oval many times there are a few pubs by Vauxhall. Depends what you are looking for. I always go to the black dog across the green, lots on offer ale and lager wise but a bit pricey. The Rose around the corner is another option although a bit pretentious. The beehive towards the oval is a pretty standard pub, don't usually go in there because its always heaving but should be quiet on Saturday as Surrey are away. There's a tiny one on the road behind there too but the name escapes me. The Globe in Brentford (Fullers pub) is always a winner for me if you aren't wearing colours with some nice girls behind the bar, unfortunately they are wearing home shirts (is there a pub near HQ that does this?) |

I have an issue with this game. I want both teams to lose. Being a Saints fan, naturally I dislike the Falcons (Being at Wembley seeing them lose to a last sec FG was sweet) and I've seen the Saints beat them at the superdome in New Orleans. On the other hand, as has been mentioned, no one likes the Pats except Pats fans. But one hate overrules the other and I have to back the Pats. Unless we can have a tie...... |

Smith ineligible for tonight but can play on Saturday. Except Connor to start up top. Maybe Mackie as striker with LuaLua keeping his place. Can see Perch filling the Hall role. If we score first we won't lose If they score first we will lose 3/4-0 |

Definitely boos from behind me in the R block and shouts of abuse. It was only a handful of people but still unacceptable. As per usual with an injured player, I applauded. He was quite clearly injured, dislocated shoulder they reckon. |

Or a severe lack of. That Hill incident should never had happened. A simple "Man on" call would have done it, he passes it back to Green and we don't have nearly an hour first half and a Weds player stretchered off. People who booed a man who was on a stretcher should be ashamed. Appalling behavior. It was the quietest I've heard LR in a while but didn't hear the players once, we need someone to stand up and captain the team, that man should be Hill but for that incident he had the ball and not one bit of help. Hopefully Neil can help address this issue. |

THIS as we have limited options at the back. Ramsay's Selection: Henry Henry - Henry - Henry - Henry Henry - Henry Henry - Henry - Henry Karl Henry |

I will be there, got season tickets behind one of the End Zones, go every year, with my mate who's a Raven, so he's happy at least. Who do we reckon Jets or Phins? Jets for me, looked strong on Defense this year and Miami were awful last week by all accounts. |
