You have had managers with experiance and what have you achieved. You only gain experiance by been given chances and some time ( Ask Sir Alex!). I have watched a lot of football and seen a lot of managers come and go at my club over the years Man City, I became dissalusioned and started watching lower league local games, For instance Mossley, Hyde Utd ,Stalybridge, Curzon Ashton...
One name that keep coming to me is Gary Lowe, I have spoken to the chap and he is a good bloke, knows the game inside out and also knows a lot of football managers. He has played for Crystal Palace, Man City and Hereford so he must have something. Mark my words the next job he takes just keep an eye on his progress!!

He got Hyde promoted and turned down a new contract at Hyde, I am not sure what he is doing at the moment.. As i said i have spoken to the guy but for some reason certain children on here are choosing to twist it.
