Had a very fascinating tour of Derry by a gentleman of my age who had lived there all his life. Incredible stories including crawling on his hands and knees dodging bullets to go to football practice.

I often find the tv dramatisations get spiced up, added to for effect and things are presented as fact that didn't actually happen.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

..but he's said he's English (Wiki) as he has English parents. Not that concerned. He is a great actor, but also a bit of a knob.
