I predicted a 0-3 loss so at least pleasantly surprised. At 2-0 I knew we needed a third but weren't gonna get it and wtf was up the playing it into the corner with JET about, bet they regret that move now too.
Hey ho, no surprises so far except the miracle at Yeovil.
EDIT: sorry went off topic and forgot to say the booing wasn't a great surprise either but as mentioned on the booing thread recently I don't think it helps. Certainly something for CR to think about. I didn't see any of what he was talking about in his program notes, and I'm waiting for the "the team needs to gel" post match comments. I didn't want CR as manager but we have him and we all want some stability so here we are, we have to find our level and push on from there. I expect us to finish upper part of the lower half of the table, so not really concerned or surprised at the moment, though we have one more point today then I thought we would.

It looks like the post loadsamoney years could be a real struggle. Still so many fans clearly unable to grasp who we are now and what it means to be an average/struggling/rebuilding championship club that isn't going to be draining 70 million quid a season down the sh1tter.
They're like spoilt rich kids who can't come to terms with the fact that daddy's spunked all the cash and that they have to be like everyone else now.

Agreed.
It's shame but sometimes it feels like we've forgotten who we are.
Cardiff looked like a team that knew each other very well, we looked like a team just getting to know each other. We looked like a team that is in the midst of a club being rebuilt from the bottom up.
I'm prepared for the rebuild to take a long time and i'm still much happier in our current plight. We seem to have a long term plan and have lots more people involved who really care, with something to prove.
I'll take that all day long over the wreck of the last few seasons.
I'm not sure what some people expect. 3 games into a season, the negativity is baffling [Post edited 16 Aug 2015 15:09]
