Ireland have a new superstar on there hands, the Americans love him, and the MGM in Vegas was packed out with Irish fans and All the pubs in Dublin stayed open last night to watch him fight.
What about my badminton? Tonight I will be aiming 170mph smashes at my opponent. I know it, they know it and we both accept that it's one of the better shots to play, is that bad too? I'm confused now.
McDonald V Lawler was one of the best fights I've ever seen on Sunday morning and summed up everything thats right and wrong with the UFC
Tough to watch at certain points due to the massive blood loss both suffered, kicks to the back of the head where you visibly saw them slow but the excitement and skill levels of both was incredible
This is Patches O'Houlihan saying "Take care of your balls, and they'll take care of you."
"hard to watch" is probably what tempted Lifelong to make his initial comments which led to the usual personal vindictive abuse that followed.
Shows what its all about
"personal vindictive abuse"
If it's hard to watch then don't watch it. Simple. Or it should be.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
Not really. mcGregor runs his mouth, claimed he'd not submit, well he's left money on the table. He's going to have to drop a weight division or he's going to get smashed up.
Holm losing has cost her the big money rematch againt Rousey too.

He got caught fairly cleanly with a power punch and went into survival mode. I think he was trying to get the fight to the ground so he could hold out until the end of the round and recover a bit. As soon as he got mounted he was done. Turning your back against those guys is fatal, but he would have been stopped by ground and pound if he hadn't.
If it wasn't for UFC 200 coming up, i thInk Holm would get a rematch. As it is, they will be desperate for Rousey to fight for the belt.
Bad night for them with their biggest star submitting and one of their biggest getting choked unconscious.

Rousey was always going to fight the winner of Tate / Holm. I suspect she'd have beaten Holm in a rematch. She's beaten Tate before so it's the case of has Tate improved that much / has Rousey declined or was it an off night.

I don't think so. I'm not convinced she would be hurrying back if there wasn't a marquee event on the horizon.
