Yes we played well, but ultimately that was a against a very lack lustre Preston North End, they had nothing to play for and it showed.They didn’t really make us work at all, if I had travelled all that way to watch that game I would of have been pretty annoyed. |

Positives Bazunu, KWP had his best game in a long long time, looked a threat attacking, Bednarek was dominant when he came on and Charles moved into CDM. We did create a few chances first half an hour, but once we couldn’t capitalise you could see the confidence drain away.
Negatives Manning can’t pass, don’t know what him and Smallbone were doing, do they play in the same team? Aribo slightly more composed Djeneppo. Midfield was non existent first half. Build up was slow and uninspired, nothing to encourage the fans really.
If Adams had buried the chance KWP set him up with, we would of won the game, Ipswich were an a average team. |

I went to the game sadly, second game of the season and it’s terrible. Long season for us if this the best we can manage. Sulemana doesn’t want to be play for us and from what I’ve heard has never been injured, just not interested in playing for us. |

Hardly convincing, but we are through. Strangely left Tuesday night after the Newcastle game with more hope than today’s performance. ANM waste of time no effort and barely breaks into a run, just because we are paying him a percentage of his wages doesn’t mean he has to give us a percentage of his effort. Why didn’t we play Ballard or JJ and then give Walcott a-game, strange at times this club. Edozie was a positive as was Lyanco and Perraud. |

Didn’t see that coming, exceptional performance and amazing game management from Nathan Jones, hats off to you after all the pressure you and the team have been under. Was expecting an onslaught in the second half and it never happened and the back 5 coped really well.Really proud of them tonight, just hope that performance wasn’t for Pep and the TV and we can carry it on in the League. 😇 |

How do we go from drawing with City and United home and away, beating West Ham and Tottenham away, comfortably dispatching Leeds,Everton, Brentford and Norwich at home to what we have experienced in the last 8 League games.
Players can’t be bothered?
Manager can’t motivate them?
Tactics are all wrong?

Why play 5 at the back and 1 up front against who had only won 4 times all season???? No effort, desire or regard for the fans who made the journey on a Thursday night.
Only Forster, Perraud and KWP can say they tried, the rest should refund the fans who travelled up.

How do modern day professional athletes put out such a pitiful display like that and expect to get paid. Watched the Man U game before that and all they have to do is turn up and get paid. Would of taken that at the start, but as per the last 3 games disappointing not to of got at least 2 wins. Broja has to start in the next game though it’s Man City so a bit unfair on him. Redmond, words fail me has to be an impact player at best. Stephens had a great game (that’s gonna hurt you Nick😉) as did the rest of the defence. |

Well at least Jack gets a break this game, first half all over the place to be expected with the changes but got into it for the last 10 minutes, second half was brilliant to watch, chance after chance now I know how Man City must have felt after last week. KWP was great going forward admittedly against lesser opposition, Vokins had a decent game, Ings isn’t human runs and runs and I thought Adams did well his work rate was excellent maybe needs to gamble in the box more. |

We had 2 chances early in the second half to make it 3 - 0 but didn’t take them, think it was Ings and long. Still playing well up to that point, unfortunately we didn’t and would have killed the game off. The rest they say is history, on to the next one. |
