Just dropping by to say, that I’m quite excited about this signing as well. As my fellow CPH Ranger pointed out, this has some potential. The key is probably to keep him injury free, he should have the skills, the personality and the work ethics to fit in the squad and make a positive impact. Fingers crossed. |

Just a quick update. The bad news: My girlfriend just broke her foot and with two small kids, I won't be able to leave the house on a weekend for quite a while. So the trip is postponed to early 2023. The good news: Shortly after my initial post, someone from here contacted me and offered to help me get tickets, no extra fee. I feel very confident, it was a genuine offer. Just thought you should know - we have good people around here :) Enjoy your weekend. |

Hello everyone Any help/tips appreciated: I live in Denmark, but usually manage to attend a home game about once a year/season. It's a trip, I always look forward to, no matter what the league table may look like at the time :) This year, though, it seems like the only possible travel date for me is the Luton away weekend in October. I've spoken to the box office about getting tickets (for 2 people) through official channels, but it sounds like, it's going to be difficult, since I'm not a season ticket holder and have very few loyalty points. Would you expect it to sell out before going to the general sale (sounds like the box office does)? If so, any tips on where to look for tickets (we would like to be in the QPR section, of course)? Thank you very much! |

As a Dane 1% of me refuses to let go of the idea, that Laudrup could take the wheel. |

Just heard a podcast the other day with Frank Arnesen, DOF for about 25y at Ajax, PSV, Feyenord, Chelsea Tottenham etc. He kept repeating how important (in his opinion) it is, that clubs appoint managers based on the clubs vision, strategy, system etc. He had seen enough clubs being tempted by "Big Names", that had to make massive changes to squad, system etc. to accommodate Big Name, only to do it all over again 2-3 seasons later, when New Guy arrives with different ideas. Hope we have a good vision and stick to it :) [Post edited 29 Apr 2022 10:20]

Sorry to let you know, that Era Ora was permanently closed last year. There have been plenty of rumors, that the owner would open a new restaurant (or some other concept) in 2021, but I don't think, it has happened yet. Copenhagen should have other good options though, so come see us anyway :) |

I'll try to answer a few of your questions. According to Danish media: - Yes, the players were given the choice to finish the game or play at 12 today. According to our national coach, the players couldn't stand the thought of going back to a hotel, have a sleepless night and finish the game today. They just wanted to get it over with.. - He has not had C19 and was not vaccinated. - His former physician (I think from Tottenham) has said, that there have never been any issues or concerns related to his heart or functions related to that. -His condition is stable and he's been in contact with the team on video chat. He even smiled and said something like: You all probably have it worse than me, I feel like I should be on my way to the training pitch.. [Post edited 13 Jun 2021 19:28]

A few cents from a QPR-Dane watching this at a Copenhagen bar a few Ks from the venue. Reading all of your comments is really proof, that footie is a universal language and QPR fans are amazing! Thank you from Denmark! Looking forward to being able to visit LR again! |

Notes to self: Never start match threads Hold on to girlfriend and hold on to Rangers - shame they'll never meet again.. Thanks for all the birthday wishes, too bad all the presents went to Forest.. As someone in a Rangers shirt shouted at the train station: "We'll win next week" (hope I didn't jinx that one too). :) |

Cheers everyone (Tak Danehoop) !! I'm hanging on to her, like you hang on to an undeserved 1-0 lead :) Hoping for 2-0 though, one in each half, Smith x2 :) |

Not a regular poster, but could I have a match thread for my birthday, please?? Turning 40 today, which probably could have been a minor depression. But got up this morning to a surprise from my girlfriend: Tickets to London for the weekend. At the airport now and she just showed me tickets for tomorrows game as well. Amazing - and she doesn't even care about football. Can't ask for more, but would really like to have 3 points as well :) See you at HQ (haven't been there for more than a year, so excited)!! |

Apparently the negotiations regarding his wages where something like: JFH: "Just try to make me happy!" |

Cheers! Would you know if they release 2 months at a time, like the EPL, so we can expect the Villa game to be in the next lot? |

I've been looking at the Villa game in mid November for my annual visit to HQ. Usually I don't book flights and hotel until about a month before a game, but this year, I might need to know my travel dates well in advance. As far as I can see, the dates for October/November games in the EPL were released in mid august (including changes for tv-games, cup-games etc.), but I can't find any information about The Championship.. Any advice on when it will be safe to book? Thank you. |

Well, to be fair, The Crystals did predict, that we would have "A two-one-one run, A two-one-one run" on their hit single in 1979. No indication of what happens next though.. |
