Can Charlie find his way at Fleetwood? Tuesday, 15th Oct 2013 21:55 Whilst Sam Byram, Dom Poleon and Alex Mowatt have all successfully graduated from the Leeds Academy, one young lad who has slipped off the radar Charlie Taylor has moves out to Fleetwood on loan for a month. I remember Taylor, now 20 coming into Simon Grayson's side at left-back at the start of the 2011/12 season but since then he has been on loan to Bradford, York City and Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Now the exotic waters of Fleetwood beckon and Charlie has gone to Graham Alexander's League Two high-flyers in a bid to get some more experience to add to the two games he has featured for Leeds in so far. Charlie, who turned 20 last month has been with us since he was 9. Hopefully the experience will do him the world of good and he may break into Brian McDermott's plans for left-back if nit thus season but next. First choice Stephen Warnock has his critics and at 33 his days are numbered, Aidy White doesn't seem to feature in McDermott's plans and even when fit, Adam Drury barely gets a look in. The story will barely generate a ripple of interest amongst United's long suffering fans who are craving an incoming loan-signing or two prior to the Birmngham game on Sunday.
