Poured incorrectly? The best I’ve ever had is a warm bottle of carlsberg and an empty plastic cup slammed down in front of me.
I’m sorted with the fans forum. I’ve put my question in about the seat backs and waiting for it to be ignored for the 56th consecutive year. |

If the EFL were granted European qualification as an alternative to promotion to the Premier League I think I’d happily take that.
Top two a place in Champions League, third in the Europa Cup. Would transform the financial situation without the trauma of trying to finish 17th and spending bucket loads of money in the process. |

Pretty much covered it, I picked a good day to have the flu.
In Cifuentes defence, the fans forum at end of September, attendance usually results in appreciative comments, polite applause and the sack in October/November. Reckon he’s wisely dodging a bullet. |

He’s one of those round pegs that fits in a round hole so subsequently finds himself about 25 years out of fashion in the modern game.
Gone are the days where you had a Clement who gave you the ball early so you could run at the defender, cross it and if Givens didn’t head it, Bowles didn’t slide it in then Leach would probably bundle it in at the far post.
That said, he’s no Dave Thomas and his propensity to put crosses in that even Givens, Bowles and Leach might have said let’s call it a day, does leave him wide open to the criticism he receives.
He’s very handy to have off the bench. Or at least he would be if we ever sort out this midfield. For now though, his destiny might rest in Chair returning, Dembele centre and then he might, just might, be the better right sided option we have. |

I believe QPR squads are traditionally unfamiliar with centre forwards as they are trained on a separate pitch. |

I’m not convinced we’ll ever get the three behind Frey right. There’s something about it that asks too much of Championship players, particularly behind the three.
I’d like to see us play to the strength of our best players. Dembele should have a free roll behind Frey not stuck out wide and wasted.
We looked best last season with a two from three in Field/Colback/Hayden so Field and Colback still makes sense in front of the existing back four.
Chair still to come in, where you fit the bundle of other midfielders I’m at a slight loss but there’s plenty of them and whether that’s in a loose 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 I’m at a loss to know. We need to simplify it down to round pegs in round holes, and I’d say we can do that in 8 out of the 10 outfield positions. Let the others fight over the spare spots and concentrate on getting a team out playing in their best conventional positions.
In short, I’m technically and tactically worn out, just give us something I can understand. |

Good Keeper, defenders and front man but aside of Field, midfield are skittles.
Not an issue having one or two in there, you need playmakers, but four?
The defence has been very good, but the nature of these games is going to result in a lot of wear and tear if this carries on.
Start losing them to injury and we’re in trouble again. |

Like a few of the new players but when you use analytics is there a button on the keyboard that analyses what they’re like against big ugly fckers who love to get stuck in a bit?
Our whole defence should be commended for the performances they’re putting in. |
