To stay up an Experienced Manager who has firefighted from this position in the league is needed who can also perhaps nurture/ groom & mentor Chris Beech into the potential future Dale Manager the board may want.
Not a Peter Reid of Phil Brown (Both relegated as managers in the last year, PR from our division)!!
No big contracts, immediate impact Manager who is well respected throughout the game, will give the players their confidence instantly and can call on favours for quality loan players from the big clubs should the squad require it?? |
