The Swansea University Stand? Im sorry as much as I love the Swans im sure you could have said to STADCO or the Money grabbing council " oi no" heres 100k ( Gomis 2 weeks wages) and had a bit of respect over ££££ signs for once and insisted on it being called THE ALAN CURTIS STAND. Modern day football is just a product..it shouldnt be...but it is. Pathetic SCFC Pathetic |

Isnt it just! I need to wait 4 Years for that amount! If the budget for this week was £550,000 yes half a million quid...I wonder how much Huw would be shelling out and saving after that display today? If it was me, I would bung them all £300 tell them to count themselves lucky and pis* off. Then reimburse the travelling jacks £300 each. And still be around £450,000 better off. |

Would love to see this in Football! Based on todays performance... ... on the following Pay structure what do you think those starting 11 would have earned this week... Say all are on 50k a week..... 8,9, 10/10= 100% payment.. 7,6 /10= 40% payment. 5/10 or below = £6.50 x 37.5 hours. |
| Forum Thread | Valued Fans?...... Maybe the club could show appreciation? at 21:00 4 Apr 2015
Re the Parking fiasco around the ground lately with dozens of cars being slapped with fines by our lovely supportive council ..... maybe the club could step in, stick two fingers up to the assholes , give something back to its loyal fans and do the following.... Park and Ride over spill car park....maybe 300 spaces.......council fleece us for £6 each car thats ... £1800 Near to Morrisons.... 150-200 cars...again £6 each car... £900- £1200. Plus any other small car parks who are charging the already fleeced fans...... THE CLUB pay the vultures in full for every home league game.( 4k a game or 76k a seaason ? And then anyone who shows their Season ticket at car[park entrance makes a £1 donation which goes to the childrens ward at Morriston or Singleton Hospital. 4k....... thats one players daily wage. OR 76k ....thats around what Gomis earns in 10 days. |

All valid points lads, and agree with all. What is wrong with running at defenders? The art of tackling by defenders is long since died, and they have no clue how to handle it. Montero being a prime example here, and we all rave about him, but what he does is nothing new. Also, and I hate to say this, but Leon shouldn't be picked away from home. At home yes, every time, but away from home he is not the answer. |

If we as supporters can see where the next pass is going then the opposition will have a field day! Robotic is the term that I use for most players these days, and Williams backpass last night when there were easier more intelligent options available backs that up. As for Jazz, Taylor and Dyer their first instinct when getting the ball is to go back. Come on Gary, mix it up a bit please? |
| Forum Thread | Why?? at 11:38 30 Dec 2014
Around 6 seconds before the scousers 2nd goal last night, Williams had the ball, turned to again pass it backwards to Fabianski. Why?? He had at least another 2 options. One of them being....putting his foot on the ball and turning towards the oppositions goal! There was no one behind him!! Too much "play the way your facing" backwards and sideways passing. Predictable. |

Few of my mates got caught out In Greece. I didn't travel as missus at the time was 7 months preggers at the time. Went to Monaco though, great trip (in the coach that did break down) 400 Jacks out there around 75% of them mullered! Conga throughout 2nd half was top notch. Howie, great lad, chatted with him around 9 months ago in town, still promising to give me my ICF video back! Great days, great memories, lifetime friends. |

Read a lot of posts on here tonight basically mocking fans who are not happy with tonights performance etc. This board is becoming like a playground, with bullies ganging up on people who dare post an opinion that dosent comply with others. Remember who we are? Where we have come from? Last 32 of europe? blah blah blah... BIG DIFFERENCE is that these players are on 20 - 30k a week (or more) and are playing in a billy bollox league/ cup and team. Thier lack of pride, passion and guts tonight coupled with another boring non attacking display ( when the hell are we going to get behing teams) against a very average St Gallen just made me glad I backed out of this trip 3 weeks ago. The point here is fans go to be entertained, and also should be allowed to voice an opinion on here without being made to feel small. P.S. Been watchng the Swans for 30 plus years, and never been so bored watching them. |
