Do you know when the Oldham fixtures are or should I ask Spoon Head?

Seems the season has been disjointed since the Bromley capitulation. Micky Mouse cups, Rearranged games, postponements. Last season we ended up with a winter break and I recall our season fizzled out thereafter. Hope Jim has learnt from the experience…

I don't know about anyone else but this whole thing has made me want to leave non-league football as fast as humanly possible.

I'm finding it almost impossible to keep up with when games are, there's competitions we're in that literally nobody care about, we've made that many short term loans and players going back that I can't even keep up with the squad list.

Everything about it feels like Sunday League level and like we're only a couple of steps away from asking to play games at Kingsway School 3G pitch, asking for subs and seeing if anyone's mate fancies signing on.

If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor

Going back to the EFL right now could prove to be disasterous... the extra money is really a mirage because the players wages would swallow it up and more besides...
We simply do not have the momentum within the club to carry it off. If crowds were growing rapidly, sponsorhip was booming and there was a sense of things going our way, maybe we could ride an upwards wave, but not yet.. stabilise first, improve the infrastucture and financials and then start the charge up the divisions. Lets wait and see what the plan really amounts to first....how we emerge from this period of little football will be a critical factor.

And if we emerge from this period of little football in good form, when should we start "throwing" games to avoid disasterous (sic) promotion? Wait till the playoffs?
