If I were a Trust or club lawyer I would be reviewing every post carefully. There are some serious allegations being made around 2015-2016 being written as fact.

Plenty of allegations of asset stripping or other nefarious activities have been made with zero evidence and zero response since 2018. I guess the club don't particularly care what people like us say on the internet.

If the club don't communicate properly with supporters, supporters will speculate. The last share sale was not communicated on the club site, it was the much maligned trust that made the announcement. The updated shareholding did appear on the club website to comply with EFL rules, but you needed to know where to look. Swansea Football LLC may think they own our football club, they don't. The have bought the rights to run our football club until they sell and the next people come in to run it, that's british football. They have to comply with EFL rules and keep supporters onside or their pack of cards will collapse. As long as there is no clarity and they refuse to communicate properly with supporters there will be no trust and supporters will continue speculate. You would have thought they would have learnt by now, get us onside or you will continue to throw millions into the money pit.

CMr Coleman has gone well out of his way to communicate. He attended the forum with his staff recently and these and these will be regular events. There were more questions about Nathan Jones than the corporate structure. Coleman will also communicate with a regular fan consultation apart from the forums. I have never seen the Trust people cross examined on film on podcasts or their own platform.

You still don't get it, that's fine. Everyone else can see the issues, one day you might.

The Trust are volunteers. They do not need to be cross examined. Here is a suggestion - why don't you stand at the next Trust election or ask to be co-opted. You could make a difference. The amount of time you spend making very damaging allegations around their behaviour in 2015 and 2016 could be used a lot more wisely and helping the organisation - the organisation Mr Coleman rates very highly- if you listen to the last fans forum he is very complimentary about the Trust. Maybe you need to re-think your agenda so it ties in with the current ownership?

I am too old. Everyone in any role should be cross examined. They like asking questions not answering them it seems. Were they at the forum? They were volunteers with a holding worth £21m. An organisation this size with good management could generate £800,000 to £1,000,000 a year with investment getting 4-5% a year. Big players in Swansea. I have recommended several times paying a business corporate expert a fee to produce and options report investigating how they can GROW outside the Premier league within the Model rules or by conversion (whatever that means) with £1m in the bank. I have not made any allegations. They just did a bad job with a bad strategy. I blame the members for not driving the organisation in the right direction. I did not make 'allegations" against Duff. He just did a bad job. [Post edited 31 Mar 21:01]

You do realise that last paragraph contains allegations, An allegation is an assertion unsupported and by implication regarded as unsupportable. Edit, I'm so sorry, I forgot you only allow definitions when they support you. [Post edited 1 Apr 10:07]

some of the allegations should be put to the club and the Trust....... so they can review. I expect a lot happened in 2015 and 2016 between the club and the trust and only a handful of people will know the truth. I would hope someone will bring these allegations to the attention of Andy Coleman in an upcoming one to one meeting.
