The process an empty ,disingenuous mantra to ensure he kept his job until he decided to leave.
There was no process,no plan,it was all a sham
The stats were used to blame our club when applying for a more lucrative job. He could always point to the possession stats and say our club didn’t back him convert the process into reality .
