SHARETWEET Rochdale are in advanced talks with striker Ian Henderson over a return to the club this summer, sources have exclusively informed Football League World. Henderson spent seven years at the League Two club before leaving to join Salford City in 2020 — scoring 125 goals and providing 42 assists in his 343 appearances and helping them win promotion to League One in 2013/14.
The 37-year-old left to join Salford City on a free transfer in 2020 but left the club when his contract expired earlier this summer and could now be set to return to the Crown Oil Arena.

Mixed feelings about this due to his age and his back injury. If he is fit then a 12months deal is good by both parties, we wouldnt like hendo to be put into the inury liability catagory like some of the players a few seasons ago.....
My all time favourite Dale player Mr Lyndon Symmonds
