Match Thread: Wigan vs Rochdale on 21:01 - Dec 15 by IOMDale | What a result and performance, get in! Hope Ryan's injury isn't too bad; otherwise it'll be a very inexperienced midfield on Saturday. |
Think he might play O’Connell there and stick Roberts back in the middle of defence.

Match Thread: Wigan vs Rochdale on 21:08 - Dec 15 with 2075 views | D_Dale | * Dale’s 10 league visits to Wigan have averaged only 1.70 goals per game, the joint-lowest rate (along with Cardiff City) of teams we have played away at least 10 times (Stats Magic). Time to rewrite the records book.

Match Thread: Wigan vs Rochdale on 21:02 - Dec 15 by boromat | Great result shame about the injuries stacking up. Wigan were poor tonight but they've just beaten Sunderland and Accrington so had picked up some form. We still looked a little weak at the back but looked much better going forward. Bit worried for the next game with so many central midfielders potentially missing. I'm sure with the over exaggeration we get with a loss we'll now get the same with a 5 nil win? 5 year contract for BBM anyone? |
Dont tempt....some folks might takeyou seriously.

Match Thread: Wigan vs Rochdale on 20:59 - Dec 15 by Nigeriamark | that's peed on your theory !! 5-0 with a goal on the break & a nice finish into the bottom corner by Newby. Final whistle goes just after What a win Hard to pick MOM. Jim actually had a decent game but Newby gets it for me |
Can't think of a better way for my theory to crash and burn. Newby or Baah for me. Baah not consistent but hebrings a bit of magic and fear in equal measure

Match Thread: Wigan vs Rochdale on 21:14 - Dec 15 with 1916 views | Shun | After all this time we’ve finally found the key to Stephen Dooley. He has to come on as a sub for an injured player, on a Tuesday night, away from home. When all those things align he’s a superstar. Wigan were dreadfully poor but we were excellent to a man. Newby was outstanding.

It's all to do with Jupiter being in it's closest alignment with Saturn since 1623, so only another four centuries to wait for it to happen again

Good feet and might make some effective breaks (though more difficult in the midfield cauldron than from CB) but don't think he has Lund or Ryan's defensive strengths. [Post edited 15 Dec 2020 21:35]

yes, different opposition and then it's all about confidence - everyone starts looking to pass forward, even Keohane and Dooley tried to take on defenders

Actually, I think it is bipolar. With schizophrenia, you'd hear voices, but that's not possible without a crowd in the stadium ;)
